Conference Visa
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for a conference visa, if necessary.
International delegates may need an “Invitation Letter” to obtain conference visa to visit India for presenting their papers in ICIRSET-2024. We strongly recommend starting the conference visa application process as early as possible. The conference organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with Embassy or Consulate offices on your behalf.
VISA Application
In order to request a Letter of invitation for Visa to attend ICIRSET-2024, you MUST meet one of the following criteria:
- Have been invited as a speaker at the conference
- Have an abstract accepted for presentation at the conference
- Have registered and paid in full for the conference

ICIRSET-2024 strongly advise participants to personally check entry and visa requirements before making travel arrangements to India. There might be country-specific requirements that the participant should be aware of. For most accurate information, please check the nearest embassy/consulate of the Republic of India.
- The visa application is sole responsibility of the participants.
- To request for the Letter of Invitation for VISA, participant should first complete the registration process and the payment.
- ICIRSET-2024 will NOT issue any Letter of Sponsorship or Letter of Guarantee if the participant is required to do so by the immigration department. It is the participants’ sole responsibility to obtain such documents.
- ICIRSET-2024 cannot change the decision nor will appeal to any country’s embassy/consulate or any other government departments on behalf of the participant.
- All questions/concerns regarding the status of visa application should be directed to the nearest embassy/consulate of the Republic of India.
